The house is settled 500 meters from the port of Prigradica, and is on a land of approx. 1000 m2 going from the road to the sea. The house is approx. 230 m2 on 2 levels. It was build in 1998/1999.

The main level is composed with an entrance directly into the living and dining area, a small corridor distributes 3 bedrooms (two double and one single) and one bathroom, on this floor, there is also another large bedroom with its private bathroom. All the rooms on the main floor are equipped with air conditioning.

The kitchen is on the side of the living area with a window onto the covered terrace. There is a very large terrace, closed (60 m2), on the sea-side; it is really the living area where we spend most of the time with a fantastic sea view through the large transparent full width window.

Few stairs on the side of the house are heading to the bottom floor. On this floor, a large garage facing the sea can be used to store all the sea equipment and/or a small fishing boat.
Aside this garage a small independent apartment is facing the sea. With its nice terrace, this apartment has two main rooms and a large bathroom.

The bedroom is equipped with 3 beds and two spare beds can be put in the other room, we choose to organise an independent sleeping studio for all the kids of the house. But it is fully equipped and can eventually be rented separately.

There is no car parking or garage on the plot and this will have to be made, on the road-side; it is quite affordable to built such a parking, and there is plenty of space on the plot. Depending on the size of the parking required, no licence is needed. An outside BBQ is also available.

The house is equipped and organised to receive up to 12 persons for holidays with very large volumes adapted to European style of living.

The sea access is just in front of the house, within few others steps and path.

The sea access has been nicely landscaped, it has a mooring deck for diving with a swimming pool ladder and a smooth sea access for youngers. It is really a fantastic and very rare position, first row to the sea; very hard to find in Western Europe and often hardly accessible in terms of price.

It is important to know that the urbanistic plan in Croatia has changed in 2010 and has voted for the next 15 years and the sea-side is not anymore constructible within a distance of 70 meters from the sea (except the pre urbanized zones). So this position will become more and more exceptional and rare.

Korčula-sziget

Korčula olyan meseszép sziget, hogy a legenda szerint még Poszeidón sem tudott ellenállni e sziget páratlan szépségének, és ezt a szigetet választotta Kerküra, Aszóposz folyamisten lányának lakhelyéül. Ez a csodálatos sziget 17 ezer főt meghaladó lakosságával Adria legsűrűbben lakott szigetei közé tartozik. Mindenütt fellelhetőek a szigeten az emberi kultúra ősi nyomai. A legkorábbi lakók a knidosz-szigeti görögök voltak, de rajtuk kívül eljutottak ide az illírek, a liburn és dalmát törzsek, valamint a rómaiak is. A horvátok megjelenése a VII. századra tehető.
Korčula-sziget körül elszórtan szigetecskéket találhatunk, a világgal való kapcsolatát több kikötő is biztosítja. Leggyorsabban a Pelješac-szigetről lehet megközelíteni az Orebić-Korčula kompjárat segítségével. Ez a sziget az Adria egyik legnaposabb régiójába tartozik, az évi napsütéses órák száma a háromezret is meghaladja.
